Praying Mass prayers normally spoken by a priest in daily life

May a layperson pray some prayers in the Mass which are normally said by a priest? For instance, may a teacher pray the TLM version of Munda cor meum, which is as follows, before he teaches?

Cleanse my heart and my lips,
almighty God, who cleansed the
lips of the prophet Isaias with a live
coal. In your mercy, deign to
cleanse me so I may be worthy to
proclaim Your
holy Gospel:
through Christ our Lord. Amen.
Bless me, O Lord. May the Lord
be in my heart and on my lips, that I
may be fit and worthy to proclaim
His Gospel. Amen.
