Praying the Rosary, a little confused

What are the “decades?” I’m looking at a page which teaches you how to pray the Rosary, but I don’t understand what it means by “decades…” And when you “announce” the different Mysteries, what exactly do you do?

And didn’t the Pope add a new part to the Rosary? Are there enough beads and stuff now? What exactly is it? Any help is great.

the pope added 5 new mysteries… dont worry, you still have enough beads… every time you pray the rosary, you do a different set of mysteries (certain days have certain mysteries) the pope added a new set, to do on a different day… more devout catholics can answer better tho
 
The Hail Mary’s are in sets of 10, called decades (=10’s).
The rosary has 5 decades.There are 4 different sets of mysteries that are alternated. There used to be 3. But most people only say 1 set each day, which is equal to the # of beads in one round of the rosary.
