Does Any body or any Orthodox person know what this means-
“The Holy Canons give the right to cease commemoration, only of a Bishop or Patriarch who preaches heretic teachings.”
Does it mean to Preach Heresy when or if they do sermons in church ?or write Epistles or books etc?
For instance the Orthodox believe the Pope is a heretic,when i have been to a Catholic Mass i hear the Priest or Bishops talk and ive never heard them preach about the filioque or perhaps if they preach about the immaculate Conception on that feast day ,then would that be considered ‘preaching heresy’?
