I’m glad someone in the media finally wrote something about this! It was frustrating because everyone was talking about how amazing science is that they could get a man pregnant.
And even the “pregnant man”, Thomas Beatie, was like “It’s a miracle for me, a man, to be pregnant.”
He has a uterus! Gosh. Of course he can get pregnant. It’s not a miracle, he’s a girl on testosterone. He actually began his relationship with his wife as a lesbian woman. Thomas’s wife is a lesbian. She is married to a woman who looks like a guy. And like many homosexual women couples, they decided to have a baby. And since they were both girls, either one of them could have carried the baby. Except I think the girl-looking wife was sterile. Which left the other girl-- even though she looks like a guy-- to have the baby.
It’s really nothing incredible. But I’m not gonna lie, I feel really bad for the baby.

No kidding.😦
In the '80’s the science pop mags were talking about impregnating men by putting an in vitro bab in a sort of sac they would make, then sewing it into a man’s abdominal muscle. This wold be so a man could have the experience of carrying a bay and having a C-section. He still couldn’t nurse very well, even on hormones, and his abs would never be healed, but he would get to feel he’d experienced one more exciting thing, so there were people devoting their careers to providing that. How would anyone like to grow in a man’s abdominal muscle? Is the purpose of life to provide as many experiences as possible to the most privileged? And never mind how the innocent feel? That’s the modern culture, I guess.
