Preists blessings

I’ve been wondering.

With the blessings of scaramentals like scapulars, salt, holy water, rosaries, medals ect. Does it matter what blessing the Priest uses or does he have to use certain ones?

He can simply bless them in the simple trinitarian forumula, or for some sacramentals such as the brown scapular, jubilee medal of St. Benedict etc. there is a specific blessing or other action added such as enrollment in the scapular, exorcism etc. It is not an obligation, it is an option on the part of the priest.
