Do the Eastern Churches accept the doctrine of the Presentation of Mary?
Myself, I hadn’t heard of this before until recently, but I easily believed it because it made sense and there was no confliciitng evidence…​

I’m not sure “doctrine” is the proper word for it, it is however a feast in the East.
 
Yes, it is not a doctrine but an event in the life of the Most Holy Mother of God celebrated on December 4th (OC).

The Benedictine Oblates renew their oblation on this feast.

Interestingly, there is no feast of the Visitation in the Byzantine calendar, except locally in Jerusalem (May 31st).
