Is it acceptable and theologically sound for a priest to bless himself with phrases like:

The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with me.

Grace to me and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

The Lord be with me.

May almighty God the Father, Son, and Holy spirit, bless me.

The peace of the Lord be with me always.

May the LORD bless me and protect me; the LORD make His face shine on me, and be gracious to me; the LORD look with favor on me and give me peace.

The peace and blessing of God Almighty, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost, descend upon me, and remain forever.

I was talking about situations outside sacraments. So your answer is Yes…

No, I ask God to bless me. Huge difference between invocative and constitutive blessings.
I am not a priest, so I can’t use the latter.
Holy water, yes, but it is blessed by a priest.
