Priest making the sign of the cross backwards

You do realize that Eastern Rite Catholics ARE Catholic, right? And they DO make the sign of the cross from Right-To-Left. And they ARE Catholic.

This may not be the “Eastern Rite” forum, but we are trying to give the original poster a possible reason as to why she saw a priest making the sign of the cross differently than what she is used to. It is ALL Catholic.

Secondly, to say “Christian Catholic” is redundant. It is simply, “Catholic.”
