That is a little different I think, as Jesus’ name in the 30AD we DO know.Why would that be a cause for worry? We don’t pronounce Jesus’ name in the same way that it would have been pronounced in 30AD. We don’t pronounce it the same in different languages either.
Iesous (Greek), Jesus (Latin), Joshua (English), Yehoshua (Hebrew), Yeshua.
We know HOW to pronounce Jesus’ name, but we DON’T know how to pronounce God’s Name revealed to Moses (יהוה), and it ought not be substituted for some other name suited to another language.
