This is the problema nd it doe snot help for you to quote canon law because the theology is incapable of being correct and it does not do well to make a judgement that I do not have the facts. I have looked at the facts and the argument I have put forth is based on th fallacy of those facts.

It would also still behoove you to look at the painstaking argument that I put forth earlier in this thread instead of quoting canon law which gives an explaination that CAN NOT POSSIBLEY EXIST.👍
Basically, the response is “don’t provide me any facts, because they have to be wrong.”

Just end the thread; JG obviously isn’t going to budge on the issue and will continue to insist his/her position is supreme to the Church’s, even when presented with theological Church backed-facts.

Basically what I am saying is look at the theology behind the canon law. Your reposnse is the equivalent of responding to the question “What makes a car move?” with “pushing down on the gas pedal”.

You keep quoting Cannon law yet have no idea what that the theology behind that Cannon law is. This is liek Bible thumping protestanst who just cite Biblical passages over and over without looking to the Theology behind it. You keep quoting Cannon law and CHurch law but have no clue nor any understanding as to what the theology is behind it and how that theology works.

If this is the way things work I am almost frightened to ask you the theology behind the Apostles creed or something of the like. You can repeat Church teaching but you have no idea why it is the way it is.

I have spoken with numerous protestanst and Atheists alike. Try feeding them Church doctrine and church teaching to convince them that the Catholic Church is right and see how succesful you are. Instead you have to start from the beginng and spoon feed them the logic. reason and theology behind the beliefs and gradual bring them up to Church doctrine. Instead you want to hit them with “This is what the Church says…”. What a shallow understanding of our Faith.😦

And still, no one wants to deal with a discussion about laicization, how it fits within all of this and the destructive theology behind it. I guess when it comes to independent thought not covered in Catholic sanctioned study people are at a loss to reply. 🤷
