I’m a little confused by what you mean by “traditional Latin groups or traditional English language groups.” Latin is the normative language of the Western Church’s liturgy. Even the Novus Ordo is preferably said in Latin. Do you mean groups that commonly offer the Extraordinary Form of the Roman Rite?
And I’m completely in the dark as to what a “traditional English language group” is. The only thing that might come to my mind is the Anglican Ordinariate. Outside of that, there’s not much tradition to liturgy said in English. Perhaps you could be a little more specific as to what you’re talking about?
