You would have to have had an anulment, and your children would have to be non-dependants of you.
If this is your situation, then encourage your boys (if you have any) to be altar boys and to think about priesthood and your girls the consecrated religious life. In the meantime you should discern about becoming a deacon.
Remember the diaconate is a separate vocation, it is not the home for married men who wish they’d become priests. If fitch ends up feeling God’s call to diaconate, wonderful. But don’t do it for the wrong reasons.
The biggest thing is to live up to your choices and responsibilities. That is the Church’s teaching.
It is possible for a man who has had a family to become a priest. However, I believe that the man in question must be a widower and have a sincere calling.
