According the IMDb there is a deal for all seven movies with Lewis’ estate! The only ones they have to rush out are Prince, Dawn, and Chair. After that, they can wait a few years in between releases.

I imagine they have to rush to do Prince, Dawn, and Chair because the young actors who play the key roles will quickly outgrow them. After all, the young man who played Peter was 17 at the time they shot LWW. Although Last Battle features two of the young people from Chair, so I’d think they’d have to do that one, as well. We’ll see how they deal with that issue, won’t we?
 
Those three are the only ones they have to do quickly since they’re the only ones involving any of the original kid actors from the Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe.

A Horse and his Boy, and The Magician’s Nephew, they can make anytime since Peter, Susan, Lucy, nor Edmund are in those, at least not as kids.
