I’m hoping someone can answer a question for me. If I were to exchange private messages with someone on the forum, would my email address and real name show up on the message? Or would it just have my user name? Thank you and God bless

It doesn’t reveal your name or email. You’re safe. It can also include several people, and its in the format of a CAF public thread, but it’s private, if you’d like to do a group chat or something.

Just your username shows up, meaning that the member that you’re directing your PM to will see that it’s coming from your username.
