Hello Everyone, May the Lord be with You! I humbly ask if you would please pray for me as I am having trouble sleeping at Night, I always feel like my body Shuts off and I jolt in a panic, its been reoccuring constantly and Usually have to wait really long hours before I can finally Sleep. Please Pray for me if you dont mind, and I thank you for your beautiful Prayers! God Bless!

This was happening to me too (still is) How odd! I think maybe God is asking us to pray, but I understand how distressing this is to you.

It is mostly anxiety and nerves, so I would suggest you calm yourself to the point where you don’t really think about sleeping so much as you fall asleep.

Pray a rosary and if all else fails use a sleeping aid.

I am sending prayers your way.

Father please help heal this person. May the be able to once again sleep like a baby and in good rest. May the focus on your love and use it as a guide to sleep. May they walk strong in your word and spread the good news of your word. In your name, Jesus amen!
