My Lord and My God,
All creation by its Truth is screaming out and proclaiming your Truth. My God, you are the Truth and all Truth stems from you. How blessed is thy Spirit and how amazing is thy Truth. Your Truth is eternal and who can outlast it? Where shall I go to escape thy Truth, O Lord? How can one deny your Truth without demonstrating your Truth first? Every thought and word proclaims your Truth, even in our Untruths. O’ Lord, mankind seeks your Truth and our hearts are weary until we find rest in you. Everyone who belongs to the Truth listens to you, for your yoke is easy and your burden is light; your Truth is persistent day and night. You came into the world to testify to the Truth and to set us free because those who walk in darkness do not know where they are going. Those people dwelling in darkness have seen a great light, and for those dwelling in the region and shadow of death, on them a light has dawned. You are the True Light, which enlightens everybody, you alone illuminate the path, and you alone are the morning star. O’ Lord, your Truth has set me free… You have saturated me with your Truth and it is beautiful. You pulled me out of the abyss of darkness; you grasped my hand when I was fallen, you alone light my way. As it is written: Awake, O sleeper, and arise from the dead, and Christ will give you light.
