Hi,
I just discovered Professor Plinio Correa de Oliveira and www.tfp.org It blew my mind. He is so accurate on everything!
I wanted to hear him speak, and went to youtube, and to my sorrow discovered his funeral procession. When did he die? I cannot
find this information, and I do not read or speak Spanish.
I was up so late reading a great deal of his materials on this tfp site.
I wish America could know more about this Great Man!

Actually, Professor de Oliveira died in October of 1995. I highly recommend his work “Revolution and Counter-Revolution.” I believe it is available on tfp’s website.

I couldn’t agree more about America getting to know this Great Man. Prof. Plinio Correa de Oliveira spent his life promoting the values of Christian Civilization.

Dear Missal

I have been following the work of Prof Plinio during years and have access to a great quantity of talks given by him. Some of these are available on the page: pliniocorreadeoliveira.info. There are some things in English, but the majority of the articles on this page are in Portuguese.

But the internet is not the best source to research about Prof Plinio. I had personal contact with many members of the TFP and thus dispose of more information. Please feel free to ask me anything you would like to know about this great Catholic leader of Brazil.

The core of his message can be summed up in his Roman Catholic and Apostolic Faith. In his own words he never desired anything in his life except to be called a Catholic man. And today, if you were to visit his tomb in the Consolation cemetery in Säo Paulo, Brazil, you will see this written in Latin: Vir totus Catholicus et Apostolicus et plenus Romanus: A man totally Catholic and Apostolic and completely Roman! Within the practice of this faith, he shone forth as an example of devotion to the Blessed Eucharist, to the Virgin Mary and fidelity to the papacy. In one of his talks for the members of the movement founded by him, he said that his only desire was that, “my last act of intelligence may be an act of comprehension and fidelity to the Papacy and my last act of my will be of love towards the Papacy.”

Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord… After 86 years of a celibate life dedicated to the holy fight to bring the reign of Christ on earth, he surrendered his soul to His creator on the 3rd of October of 1995. His death was not the end of his mission, but on the contrary, as he affirmed in his last will and testament, he hoped to be able to help souls much more after his death in heaven than while on earth. For one who knows, how much good was done on earth by this great Catholic, this promise truly is a great consolation…

Well… thats for now… If you would like to know more please feel free to ask me.
Your friend,
In Mary
Mario
