Just so that I don’t sound like a fool when discussing the topics with some protestant friends, I’d like to make sure I pronounce Sola Scriptura and Sola Fide properly.

Is it:

Sola (rhymes with “Cola”)
Scriptura (sounds like “scripture” + “uh”)
Fide (sounds like “fi” + “day”)

You’ve pretty much got it.

I’ve heard both scrip-tyou-rah and scrip-too-rah. The latter is more correct according to the Latin, but you won’t find many people who care.
