The basic faith step that make us new spiritual beings, I suggest, is belief in Christ’s eternal life and by inference our own. Then if we start to try live this way, we are on the way. How so, I try not to abuse my attackers because I am eternal and so will live through attacks. Free will can be shown is also a proof of our eternal life. Every day that I choose to do what is right over my immediate wants then eternity is tried and tested.

Live as your life is Forever and Forever will make you Alive.

Especially your last quote, which seems suited for the Spirituality forum.

I think what I need to be constantly aware of is that to live in the state of peace is my eternal destiny, some saints have called that living in His presence. So I humbly suggest that one way of defending the faith may start with a meditation mindset on Christ. When we are in the peace of Christ he can speak through us to give our brothers and sisters his answers to their questions or objections. This presence of Christ peace is the real apologetic that can’t be confuted and is why we should see and talk to others as faith is passed on face to face. We as Catholics believe the Priesthood has been passed on Face to Face through the Bishops. But I digress, If we live practicing his presence and place our wants in eternity as Jesus said store up your treasure in heaven then insight is easy. For example when I want 1000 spiritual children in heaven I can overcome my flesh more easily. When my flesh is overcome then I am entering his peace and he will tell me what will en–courage my friends.

Once in the eternal mind set, the ruler of eternity Christ will make us eternal. Those who are living in Christ are really alive. As my son says some people are open and many are closed. We have all met those who are open changing learning fully Alive. So as Christ says I have come to bring you life and that abundantly.

Again, being that alive is such a powerful Proof that in apologetics we can claim that people like John Paul and Mother Teresa are the biggest proof that Christianity could ever have as they are totally alive and free without fleshly baggage.
