Ask them if there is a difference between having sex and not having sex? NFP is discerning with God not to expand the family and abstaining from the covenantal act of marriage during the 100 hours a month a woman is fertile, the other is chemically making the womb inhospitable to a fertilized egg, that ain’t right.
to be completely scientifically accurate (I studied this at uni and this IS the point not beside the point) There is no such thing as a fertilized egg never was. this is according to Muller who did the research in every embryology text book in the world. Who states (you can probably still find it on goggle)

“the term egg should be reserved for a nutritional item often found on a breakfast table because it has nothing to do with embryology.” (I may be a word or to off there)

calling it an egg emplies it is not an embryo (which is a human organism also referred to as a human person) this is done so pregnancy can be pushed back to implantation which happens 6 hours to days later when that new human organism tries to implant in the womb and feed off the mother. everything else you said was very good 👍
