Is it okay as a catholic to read Christian books written by Protestants?
Not so much apologetics but more so on Christian living?

Thanks!

I read C.S. Lewis constantly. And quote him in homilies.

If you are looking for a great book on Christian living, I would highly recommend Dietrich Bonhoeffers, The Cost of Discipleship. Phenomenal book.

Well I started this post because I ended up subscribing to a magazine called TableTalk. It’s a devotional magazine but then after subscribing I dug deeper and found that it is based on reformed theology. I just wanted something to help me get into the word. Maybe the Lord will use it in a positive way in my life.

I listen to Catholic radio pretty much everyday. Hosts like Dr. David Anders and Father Robert Barron quote frequently from non-Catholic Christian authors.
