I appreciate your valuable contributions very much. As an insider, you put the post in context. It spares some of us from debating on things we do not fully understand. I read the article the OP posted in french and it did not seem to me the way the OP title made it seem. Alot of things get lost in translations and paraphrasing.
I cannot judge because I do not understand the specific circumstances of whatever thing is happening in that parish but what I choose as take home message is this
