God is everywhere, or, to be more precise, everywhere is inside God.

Sheol is not Hell, if that is what is causing confusion for you: Sheol, like Hades, is in early Jewish belief a desolate place to which the spirits of the dead go. Hell, on the other hand, is a place of punishment.
