Can you explain this to me in more detail? First time I hear that these verses talk about the immaculate conception. I can see why, but I would like to have a better explanation to explain it better when someone asks about the immaculate conception.Hi!
…yeah, it is an excellent passage!
…did you noticed that the passage is also demonstrating ***how ***and ***why ***the Virgin was Immaculately Conceived?
Merry Christmas!

Hi, Gabbanelli!Can you explain this to me in more detail? First time I hear that these verses talk about the immaculate conception. I can see why, but I would like to have a better explanation to explain it better when someone asks about the immaculate conception.
…here’s the Scriptural passage (Psalm 51):In the Constitution Ineffabilis Deus of 8 December, 1854, Pius IX pronounced and defined that the Blessed Virgin Mary “in the first instance of her conception, by a singular privilege and grace granted by God, in view of the merits of Jesus Christ, the Saviour of the human race, was preserved exempt from all stain of original sin.” (newadvent.org/cathen/07674d.htm)
5 Surely I was sinful at birth,
sinful from the time my mother conceived me.
…verse 5 speaks to the Fall; through Adam’s failure humanity inherits sin (Original Sin); from birth we are already separated from God.6 Yet you desired faithfulness even in the womb;
you taught me wisdom in that secret place.
