res sacramenti means the “Reality of the Sacrament” yes. Sanctifying Grace is the res sacramenti of Baptism. The Body and Blood of Christ is the res sacramenti of the Eucharist etc etc.

Unfortunately that term is often used by schismatics and heretics to support their positions.
