:yup:
I’m wondering if there are any Red Green fans out there?
For any of you who don’t know, Red Green is a Canadian comedy which airs on PBS. You can find out about the show from his web site.
“Quando omni flunkus, moritati” (which is one of the few Latin phrases I know, unfortunately), means “When all else fails, play dead.” It’s a common phrase from his show, another being The Man’s Prayer: “I’m a man, but I can change, if I have to, I guess.”
A common theme is Red’s unique ability to use duct tape (“the handyman’s secret weapon”) to fix or construct just about anything. Red likes to say “If women don’t find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.”
I don’ t yet know how to do a poll on this forum yet, so if someone would set one up, it would be most appreciated. (I tried writing the poll questions on a 5 X 7 index card and duct-taping it to my computer monitor, but I haven’t received any responses yet.)
