Question about a prayer

Dear Heavenly Father, I believe that you are the Way, the Truth and the Life. You alone love me for who I truly am and for what I am able to become.

That was part of the prayer in question. I assume since it says Heavenly Father, it is not talking about the entire Trinity. Doesn’t the rest of the Trinity love me for who i truly am and not just the Heavenly Father alone?
 
I believe that the three are one and yet three… thats the Divine Trinity… thats why Jesus said that “When you have seen me, you have seen my Father”.
