I have been working at my new job for a few months now and love everyone there. I work in a medical office, so they are only women, with the exception of the doctor. Anyway…I don’t like bringing up or getting involved with politics or personal views on some major issues like abortion for obvious reasons. Well yesterday at work two of my co-workers were talking about how they will never let a “white man” tell them what they can do with their bodies and if they or someone else feels like it, then an abortion is up to them, not our “white” politicians. (I quoted white and white man since those were strictly their terms)
I sat at my desk choking back my opinions for the sake of peace in the office. I have always been extremely pro-life, I will defend the unborn to the nth degree if I need to. What is my obligation, if any, about the delicate issues while at work? How is it that people can say whatever it is they want, but I feel like its not my place? When does lack of voicing my opinions and beliefs become a sin of omission or lack of evagelation?

I would suggest you bring this up with whoever is in charge of the office (Doctor?). This is quite scandalous and they must be informed of this, patients might here them talking and believe it or not there might be “white men” among those people, no matter the typical clientel (I add this last bit not knowing what the ethnic disposition of your patients generally is). Regardless, some one will certainly take offence to this.

With regard to whether or not you comfront them face to face, all I can say is I don’t think I could resist the urge. Hopefully one of the many priests here will come back and give you a good answer on whether or not you are commiting the sin of omission.
