Question About Adoration

I was just wondering if the sacrament in the tabernacle during adoration is normally blessed and transubstantiated before being put in the tabernacle, if not… wouldnt it be idolatry, considering it is not Christ’s body?
 
If the hosts are in the tabernacle, they are consecrated.
 
The Adoration Host is consecrated during Mass.
