Question about anulment

simple question Ill keep many details out for personal reasons

but do the people going through an annulment process after a divorce are they to keep the proceedings secrete, would it be wrong for someone to say that my husband or my wife is going to mess up this process for this and this reason.

They don’t have to keep the fact that they have petitioned for a decree of nullity a secret. but it is always better to be discrete and not discuss what has been said or testified.

What the above statement would show is that the person doesn’t really understand the Tribunal process. Better to shut up and not air dirty laundry.
