Question About Eucharistic Adoration

Hello all! I hope you all are finding fullfillment during this Lenten season!
My question is…
I am currently in RCIA at my local parish and will be confirmed at the Easter Vigil. Our parish is having Eucharistic Adoration several times during Lent and I would like to go. But I wasn’t sure if it was ok for me to go (since I’m not yet Catholic) and I wasn’t sure what to do…do I kneel the entire time, will other people be there too, etc.? I know they probably seem like dumb or petty questions but I want to make sure I’m doing what I’m supposed to be doing.

Also, we are also doing the stations of the cross every Friday evening and the living stations will be at the end of March. I would like to attend them as well but I’m not sure what to do here either. Also, can someone explain what the Living Stations of the Cross are? God Bless you. Yes, Yes of course go!! When you enter the chapel for Adoration remember that Christ is truly present there. I always get down on both knees when I enter and make the sign of the cross. Find someplace to kneel, and no you do not have to spend the entire time kneeling. I always start with a prayer, Prayer before the Blessed Sacrament
Lord, Jesus, as I kneel before Your hidden presence,help me respond to Your Graces so that I may be as really present to you,as You are to me, in the most Blessed Sacrament of your love and mercy. Allow your radiant presence to re-ignite the fire of Your Spirit within me, so that I may be Your Sacrament of love and mercy and all. Amen.
I then say the Rosary, do some reading, I am reading the Gospel of John for lent. Just be there, be present, be quiet in His presence. It is the most amazing thing. Don’t be nervous, don’t worry that your doing it wrong. JUST DO IT! The Stations of the Cross with have a booklet for you to follow along with. Go a little early and look around you’ll find the booklet, they are usually left out in plain sight. Just follow along and after no time you’ll know the Stations by heart. I promise you that you will enjoy both, more than you’ll ever know. Good luck, and remember JUST DO IT

You are certainly welcome to attend both Eucharistic Adoration and Stations of the Cross.

At Adoration, people silently adore Jesus present in the host displayed in the monstrance. You may kneel or sit, or some of each. You may pray in any way that you like, as long as it is silent so as not to disturb the others. It is a good idea to spend at least part of the time simply looking at and listening to Jesus. Don’t let interior silence frighten you - there’s no need to fill every moment with words. You may also take along your Bible or some other spiritual reading that brings you close to God. Or say the Rosary or Chaplet of Divine Mercy. If there is a service of Benediction at the end of the period of adoration, just follow the crowd. There should be a hymn or two and a blessing with the exposed Host, and some prayers.

At Stations, again, follow the crowd. There will probably be a leaflet of the prayers to be said to help you follow along. I have not been to Living Stations, but I would assume it is acted out in some way by a group of people, not the congregation. Don’t worry - it’s probably new to everyone else, too.

Thank you for your quick reply. Tonight is the first for the Stations of the Cross and I am hoping to get off work in time to go. I am so excited about Lent and Easter and everything!!

There are still so many questions I have about prayers and things that don’t get answered during the short time we have with RCIA so I’ve been asking some on here (and getting great responses!) and I have asked my team leaders in RCIA too. Everyone is great!
