Question about finding a particular passage in Sacred Scripture

I need some help finding a particular passage. The passage refers to a banquet and giving your seat to someone and taking a lower seat.

I, for the life of me, cannot remember or find this passage, and I want to ask if any of you can.

If the answer is obvious, then I apologize. My brain is just locked up.

7Now he told a parable to those who were invited, when he marked how they chose the places of honour, saying to them, 8"When you are invited by any one to a marriage feast, do not sit down in a place of honour, lest a more eminent man than you be invited by him; 9and he who invited you both will come and say to you, Give place to this man,' and then you will begin with shame to take the lowest place. 10But when you are invited, go and sit in the lowest place, so that when your host comes he may say to you, Friend, go up higher’; then you will be honoured in the presence of all who sit at table with you. 11For every one who exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted."

Being a good Catholic I can never remember the chapter and verse of a passage from scripture so I just Google the main words and add ‘bible’. Good old Google usually turns up the required info. I then go to an online bible and check to see if it is the passage I want.

Thanks for the tip. Yes, Google is my friend. For some reason, I couldn’t get the wording right to find this passage. I feel silly that it was in Luke. I think I looked everywhere in the OT.
