Question About Former Independent Chapel

The updated list of parishes reinstituting a Traditional Latin Mass mentioned a former independent chapel called Our Lady Queen of Peace in New Mexico.

Does anybody know anything about its background, and its clergy?

from what I have read in articles, the priest is a valid priest, having been ordained by Archbishop Lefebvre of blessed memory.

It appears that the priest was ordained by Archbishop Lefebvre before the schism. He did not want to be a part of a “parallel church”. But now he has requested permission to practice in union with Rome and has received it.

After reading Fr Z’s report, I knew who the priest was. He’s a very apostolic priest.

Quite a few of the priests ordained by Mgr Lefebvre have either been incardinated or ‘regularized’ in one form or another; it would be interesting to get a count, but I suppose there are more important things.
