Random question: When a priest celebrates a mass privately, does recite the whole liturgy (readings, homily, creed, offertory, consecration, our father, lamb of god, consumption, et cetera), or are there some parts that are not necessary for private celebration?

See number 252 onward in the GIRM, if the priest is celebrating using the revised liturgy after 1970.

Everything should be done as normally done (as far as I know), except for a homily doesn’t have to be given.

There is a special rite for it.
celebration of mass without a congregation.
we are pledged to say mass every day, no matter what.

By “we” perhaps you mean your listed religion: “Religion: Ukrainian Orthodox Church”.

The Code of Canon Law, at vatican.va/archive/ENG1104/__PY.HTM , has:
“THE OBLIGATIONS AND RIGHTS OF CLERICS
Can. 273 …
Can. 276 …
1/ they are first of all to fulfill faithfully and tirelessly the duties of the pastoral ministry;
2/ they are to nourish their spiritual life from the two-fold table of sacred scripture and the Eucharist; therefore, priests are earnestly invited to offer the eucharistic sacrifice daily and deacons to participate in its offering daily;
3/ priests and deacons aspiring to the presbyterate are obliged to carry out the liturgy of the hours daily according to the proper and approved liturgical books; permanent deacons, however, are to carry out the same to the extent defined by the conference of bishops; …”.

So daily Mass is not an obligation, but the Liturgy of the Hours is.

We as priests are suppost to celebrate mass every day even if we are alone. thats what I was taught. I don’t know if it’s a rule. this is what the bishops that taught me told me. but also, I never went to a formal seminary, I was taught by bishops via books and hands on. sort of like a monastry type of setup.
