I pass instruments in surgery, the hospital I work at does alot of tubal ligations, I just pass the instruments during the cases, is this ok?

This is a tough one. You might want to consult a Moral theologian or priest who is faithful to the magisterium. Are you required to assist in operations that involve tubal ligations?
