Question about Priest

I noticed today that the Priest at the Parish where I have been attending has the letters V.F. after his name. I know that the letters represent a religious order but I have not been able to find out which order either by using the search function here, or using wiki or yahoo. Could someone tell me the order that he belongs to, thanks.
 
I think it’s the “Vincentian Fathers.” I can’t help you out more, because I’m not educated about them :o
 
I did a little research myself, and found that the V.F. does not stand for a religious order. It stands for “vicar forane,” a position to which a priest is appointed by the Bishop to assist him in some administrative duties of the diocese. You can do a google search on “vicar forane” to find out more but here is a link that will explain it fully:
