Question about the Council of Sardica

Does the Eastern Church acknowledge the Council of Sardica? Was the Eastern side of the Church actually at the Council and agreed on the Canons formed there?
 
Interesting question. Might be Serdica. There is a wiki on it, but not sure I unambiguously trust wiki.
