Question For Jehovah Witnesses

Since the Jehovah’s Witness organization currently rejects most of the teachings of its founder Charles Taze Russell (who was president of the organization from 1879-1916), and since they also reject “Judge” Joseph Franklin Rutherford, who succeeded Russell as president from 1916 - 1942, how can we be sure that in 25 more years, Jehovah’s Witnesses won’t also reject the current president, Milton G. Henschel (1992 - present), as they did Russell and Rutherford?

Because the structure of the organization has changed. Doctrine is not installed or changed by the president anymore.

Jehovah’s witnesses have a group of men that they call “the governing body”.

This group of men now have the power that the president use to have. So because the current president dose not have the power
to form doctrine, that won’t happen. Most people don’t even know who the president is.

pope, they interpret scripture and can change current belief.
The Governing body is believed to
be “the faithfull and discret slave”
that God directly uses to guide all
Jehovah’s witnesses.

There isn’t much the Governing body of Jehovah’s witnesses can’t do.
