Question for Third Order Dominicans

What exactly do the initials “T.O.P.” stand for? I understand they mean “Third Order Dominican,” but I’d like to know what words they represent. I suppose they are in Latin…Thanks.
 
OP stands for Order of Preachers, I am guessing T stands for Tertiary (third, or member of third order)

Actually, I believe that the OP stands for the Latin, “Ordo Praedicatorum,” which happens to have the same initials as the English Equivalent – which leads me to suspect that the T stands for a Latin word also. I’m wondering exactly what word it is. :hmmm:
