How can I explain to someone that Christ was impeccable/unable to sin?

I’d start by explaining that Jesus is not just a man, but is actually God himself. In Christian theology, “Son of God” has a particular technical meaning which includes the idea that he is co-equal and co-eternal with the Father and the Holy Spirit.

You probably will want to be prepared with the many scriptures that show that Jesus considered himself to be God, and that the Apostles believed that he was as well.

Joh 1:1 In the beginning was the Word: and the Word was with God: and the Word was God.

Joh 1:14 And the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us (and we saw his glory, the glory as it were of the only begotten of the Father), full of grace and truth.

It is impossible for Christ to sin since He is God incarnate.
