why are there some animals who have no sex or can reproduce by itself? Didn’t God created male and female and everything in 2 pairs. What can we make of these animals and the nature of God.

God created male and female.
That doesn’t mean every species has a male and female, nor is it implied in the Bible.

I would add that the vast majority of species reproduce sexually. Asexual reproduction is the exception, not the rule.

I see why you said that…

In Noah’s Ark the animals came in a couple of male and female. For the generation.
Catholic theology have emphasis recently on the male and female complementarian nature since the Eden Garden.

Sexued reproduction is the norm, at least for mammals, the animals we are closer. Reproduction of gastropod or division of anemons are exeptions.

Manking stays at the image of God.
