The most important thing is to find the spouse that will make you a better person and will challenge you to live your life to the best of your ability so that you will serve God as best as possible. That person may be the same race, or they may not. In the end, you will be living under the same roof with your spouse from now until the end of your life. You won’t be under the same roof as your parents forever.
It’s one thing to be concerned that you find someone with a culture that meshes well with your own, because your kids will need to be brought up with a mix of the two cultures, but it is quite another to just dislike a whole group of people. If you have found the person you should marry, and you think your two cultures will compliment each other well and you can agree on all the big issues, then marry that person. Your parents will just have to deal with it.
