Are Mass and Sacraments considered Sacred Traditions? If yes are there more and if not what is?

The like all other aspects of the Catholic Faith, essential Church teachings about the sacraments, including the Eucharist, are components of Apostolic Tradition. I’m not sure if that answers your question or not.
