I just got A Practical Commentary on Holy Scripture in today’s mail and I have one small gripe.
  1. No Index
  2. Why does it stop its commentary abruptly after the book of Acts. What about the rest of the N.T.
Anybody know the reason for #2.

Other than this I look forward to diving in it.

I think you must be talking about the book by Bishop D. D. Frederick Justus Knecht (ISBN: 0895557576). It’s a great book but it was written for people who are teaching kids. I guess that’s why it ends where it does. It provides a revolutionary approach (for that time) of teaching BIBLE HISTORY to youngsters. You should read the Preface. It’s all explained there. There was never any intention to cover the whole Bible.
