Suppose you put something on a website that may have (and was geared to) lead people to mortal sin. You later repented, got most (possibly all) of the material off the site, and confessed your sin. However, it is possible that you did not get all of the material and people are still being led to sin. Do you need to re-confess, and should you revisit the site to hunt down any material that might be left, even though it would expose you to serious temptation?

I agree with James, speak with your confessor!
We don’t really know what you have put on the website, but it sounds like
something pretty serious and you really need to speak to your confessor about it.
You should do it as soon as possible too.
