Questions on indulgences

1. In the Enchiridion the term sufferage is used in connection with gaining indulgences. What is the definition of this please, and hwo does this work; what needs to be done?
2. What does the term “with the consent of the Ordinary” mean? What is the Ordinary? How does one get this consent?
3. When praying my morning offering I always request that I be granted all blessings, graces, mercies, and indulgences available to me this day. Is this sufficient to “have the intention of gaining the indulgence” and also to gain the indulgences for the ejaculatory prayers and invocations, since mine just spring to mind frequently. Do I have to do someting else for these to give me an indulgence?
