Hey everyone! I have a few questions.
  1. During the season of lent, when do Catholics have to fast?
  2. What constitutes a regular meal?
  3. If I have to go to work and I need to eat something before I go, and it is a time to fast, am I still obligated to not eat anything until my next meal?
I’m Canadian so would these questions depend on which country I live in?

For US. Canada could be somewhat different.

Ash Wednesday and Good Friday, for Latin Catholics.
What constitutes a regular meal?
What isn’t clear about “regular meal”?

One regular meal, two smaller meals, no snacks.

It could.

But Canadians fast on Ash Wednesday and Good Friday.
