Questions regarding the Red Scapular?

Hello,

I am very interested in wearing the Red Scapular, and I bought one earlier, but does anyone know if you have to be invested in it? The pamphlet that came with it says all you have to do is where it, but in a Roman Ritual I found It contains a rite of investure issued in 1964, saying that any priest may invest it (used to be only the Lazarists).

Can any pirest use the formula in the ritual to invest me with this scapular?

Of course they can, a priest is a priest regardless of the order or diocese. 👍

(The Congregation of the Mission more commonly goes by the name “Vincentians” now rather than “Lazurists”) 😉
