“How can one live on a flicker of light?”

Contrast the above with the musical group “Genesis” (ironically, the name of the first book of the Bible) in its album Nursery Cryme (1971):
“And the nurse will tell you lies of a kingdom beyond the skies”
Presumably, in the astronomy or metaphysics of the musical group “Genesis”, all kingdoms in the universe are on the planet Earth.
- Shahna, after Kirk tells her that he comes from one of the stars in the sky
- Kirk’s parting words to Shahna
Link:The combat begins. Kirk takes out Kloog and then Lars, but only wounds the Andorian. Shahna is brought in to replace the wounded. Kirk does not want to fight her, but she accuses him of having tricked her with lies and attacks. Kirk gets her on the ground with his knife to her throat and she surrenders. The Providers keep their word and tell everyone to remove their collars. Kirk tells Shahna that he did not lie and she asks if she can go with him back to the lights in the sky. He tells her that she has much to learn here first before reaching for the stars.
