Radio Reversal Drives Abortion Clinic Crazy
This is one of the best and weirdest stories you are likely read
today.
You may recall some previous stories about an abortion clinic in
Rockford, Illinois See here
www.creativeminorityreport.com
Well, we have a new one. But this one has a twist!
Pro-lifers have tried to offer options and counseling to those
entering the clinic. They have been previously mocked and
harassed for their efforts. Recently, the clinic took to trying to
drown them out.
The abortion clinic set up a radio boom box blaring a local radio
station so that the pro-lifers offers of help could not be heard. This
has been going on for weeks.
So the other day, the radio station that was being used to drown
out the pro-life message turned the tables on the abortion clinic.
With the radio blaring, the station took a call from one of the pro-
lifers and allowed for the activist to explain what was happening.
Then the DJ Doug McDuff, taken aback at what was happening,
used to the blaring radio to his advantage chanting “God bless
pro-lifers, God bless pro-lifers, God bless pro-lifers!”
Needless to say, when the workers at the abortion clinic heard the
pro-life message blaring over their own radio, they freaked.
This is where the story gets weird(er). Not content to stop blaring
the radio, the landlord of the abortion clinic stood by the radio
boom box with a chainsaw. A chainsaw! Any time he feared that
the radio station might say something pro-life, he would rev up
the chainsaw to drown out the radio.
Insane! See video at www.creativeminorityreport.com/2010/07/radio-reversal-drives-abortion-clinic.html

I hope the town passes a noise ordinance and the police enforce it.

You GOTTA get some pictures of THAT.

I can see it now, a sign with his picture on it brandishing the chainsaw with the caption:

“Your ‘surgeon’ will see you now.”

Why doesn’t he just play a different station?
Yeah, it’s almost like these people who murder children for a living have totally taken leave of their senses. What’s up with that?

God bless that DJ, by the way.

They need to make laws so that people cannot just have “drive-thru” abortions, even for over-18 non-Christians. Seriously, they just want to talk you into getting an abortion before you have time to think about your decision, or to think about the emotional consequences of abortion. Instead of convincing you to have an abortion (so they can make money), they should seriously sit down with these troubled girls and women and help them weigh out their option. But abortion clinics are ultimately businesses and care more about money than they do about the future well-being of these girls and women.

Many women who had abortions years ago are now stepping forward and expressing their regret. It’s not something to be taken lightly, and honestly it’s wrong to not let people protest or try to talk people out of something they’ll probably come to regret, even if they don’t believe in God or belong to a religion of any kind.

Abortion Clinic Owner Responds with Chainsaw as Radio Blares:
‘ God Bless Pro-Lifers!’
By Kathleen Gilbert
ROCKFORD, Illinois, July 9, 2010 (LifeSiteNews.com) – Staff at the
Rockford abortion mill, which has been blaring the radio
through its speakers to drown out pro-life counselors for
several weeks , got an unpleasant surprise Friday morning when
a local D.J. found out what his show was being used for.
LifeSiteNews.com has reported numerous times on the bizarre
Rockford abortuary, which has taken to taunting pro-life
witnesses with signage and other paraphernalia mocking
Christianity and Jesus Christ, and even directing personal insults
at local pro-lifers. (See coverage here)
The facility’s latest form of harassment, blasting a radio talk
show through its outdoor speakers to keep women from
hearing the message of pro-life counselors gathered outside,
backfired when D.J. Doug McDuff ’s scheduled talk show guest
cancelled, and he opened the phone lines for comment.
[Excellent.]
Seeing his chance, Rockford pro-life veteran Kevin Rilott
whipped out his cell phone and was on air within seconds, loud
and clear outside the abortion centre where he was standing.
Rilott took the opportunity to explain to McDuff and his
listeners how the radio station, WNTA, was being used to
silence pro-lifers ’ attempt to help mothers in need. [God bless
the creator of cellphones!]
McDuff, none too pleased, decided to take matters into his own
hands. “God bless pro-lifers! God bless pro-lifers! God bless pro-
lifers!” the D.J. shouted. !]
One of the staff members, who was walking from across the
parking lot at that moment, was so aghast, Rilott told
LifeSiteNews.com, that “I thought she was going to have a heart
attack.”
“The abortion mill nurse who heard this began waving her arms
around her head like she couldn ’t believe what was being
broadcast over the abortion mill public address system,” related
Rilott. “The look of almost terror and confusion on her face was
priceless as she scrambled into the mill.”
The D.J. then gave Rilott airtime to explain how those who
keep vigil outside the Rockford mill come “to offer love, help,
and hope to mothers in need,” and to request prayer for
mothers in need and an end to abortion .
[But wait! There’s more!] The landlord of the abortion mill, still
determined to drown out both the radio and the pro-lifers,
charged outdoors with a chainsaw running. !] But even that
was not enough to prevent at least one mother from hearing the
message and choosing life for her baby. [Do you suppose the
chainsaw might also have had an influence on that decision?]
Rilott said that a woman who had entered the clinic earlier in the
morning left after the incident, before the abortionist arrived for
the day. “She certainly heard it inside the clinic, and when she
left she gave us a big smile and thumbs-up, and she left before
the abortionists arrived,” he told LSN. “So it was a good day.”

Why doesn’t he just play a different station?
He is drowning out the guy with the megaphone.

Why not tell the truth on anti abortion websites, every time a story is concocted it takes away from the credibility of Jesus’ message about the value of every life.

Peace

Hi,

I don’t live in Rockford where the NIWC is, but have been to it to pray. Even witnessed a turn-away while I was there once!

Rockford DOES have a noise ordinance. The city counselors ignore complaints from anyone who is not a resident of Rockford (i.e., from the pro-lifers who come in to pray, witness and counsel on the sidewalk). The police are sometimes not helpful either. They once confiscated a large picture of Jesus from a man who only displayed it as part of his witness to those who were going in. I don’t think he ever got it back.
More on that here:
prolifecorner.com/node/364
snip:
Two years ago a Rockford police officer did get at least part of something right when she said: “Yes, there is a noise ordinance. If we hear it, then we can cite them (N.I.W.C.) for it. If I’m not here to hear it then I can’t file unless somebody calls and complains. And when I get here and I hear it then I can write them for it.” This officer acknowledges that there are noise ordinances in place and she will follow the law if she sees or hears it being violated. (Remember her words because below you will see Rockford police refusing to enforce existing law.)

The police, the mayor, and all city officials know the law. Mr. Morrisey himself is an attorney. Less than two weeks ago, a Rockford police officer told a pro-life citizen that they, the police, are under orders not to accept any complaints from pro-life citizens regarding noise ordinance violations. The video clips which you will see below will prove that we are telling the truth. Closer observation indicates that the police might not be the problem. The orders are coming from higher up. One needs to ask who gave such an illegal order; who is denying citizens their rights to due process? Police often have actually told pro-life citizens “You can’t file a complaint because you don’t live in the neighborhood”. What! What law is that, where is that on the books or in the Constitution? Can you imagine what would happen to this administration if they told a victim of rape “sorry, ma’m, you can’t file a complaint because you don’t live in this neighborhood?
I do not know why the residents who live right next door to this abortuary do not complain! I wonder if there is a way to help them register a complaint. Gather addresses, send a letter explaining who to contact if they are bothered by the almost constant radio blaring and bigotry of this “business”.

Part of the area also has a few businesses; used car lot. Why wouldn’t they also complain. It must not be good for their business, esp. in this economy!

Please – keep praying for an end to abortion!

Mimi
